Steven Hones
<sup>Steve brings over 20 years experience in the international capital markets. He joined JP Morgan in 1978 transferring to the securities company in London as a Eurodollar trader in 1980. His career at JP Morgan spanned 17 years with trading assignments in London, New York and Asia culminating as co-head of London Syndicate. In 1995 he joined Barclays Capital as Managing Director, Co-Head of Global Syndicate and Co-Head of European Credit Trading. In 1997 he moved to Paine Webber International where most recently he was Managing Director, Head of European Fixed Rate Credit Trading and Eastern European Emerging Markets. Steve is a founding partner of i-Search.

Charles Avis has over 15 years experience in Treasury and Capital Markets. He joined JP Morgan in 1983 as a graduate trainee. For 4 years he traded Foreign Exchange in London and New York and also spent 4 years trading Fixed Income Derivatives in London. In 1992 he set up Liberty EurAsia Ltd, a leading Inter Dealer Broker. In 1997 he joined Saudi International Bank as Head of Financial Markets. He was a member of the bank's Executive Committee and Chairman of the Operating Committee. His responsibilities included the management of the bank's balance sheet, investment portfolio and listed funds.}

Neil Burr
Neil Burr has eight years experience in executive search and 14 years experience in foreign exchange sales at US banks. He joined JP Morgan in 1983 as a graduate, and following the JPM Finance Program spent 6 years in London FX sales. He moved to Goldman Sachs in 1990 as an Executive Director in FX & derivatives marketing, covering Asset Managers, Central Banks and key European Corporations. He continued his career at Chemical Bank (1995-96), running currency derivatives sales & marketing and at Bear Stearns (1996-97). He entered executive search as a consultant in April 1998, and set up i-Search Ltd in January 2000.

<sup>Charles Clouston
Charles Clouston has over 12 years' experience of senior executive search. Following an early career at Lloyd's insurance market as an underwriter he moved into exchange traded derivatives with Gourlay Woolf, and started his executive search career in 1992. For the last seven years he has specialised in structured credit and structured finance and has built a highly–regarded practise. In 1999 he was responsible for winning his previous firm the accolade of Best European Search boutique for credit derivatives from the Economist Intelligence Unit Survey. He began consulting to i-Search in September 2001.

<sup>Annette Fielding
Annette Fielding has six years experience in executive search and previously twelve years experience in institutional equity sales.  She joined Lehman Brothers in 1986 covering the U.S. market.  In 1988 she moved to Nat West Markets spending ten years there firstly in U.S. equity sales, covering U.K. institutions and in 1996 she moved to cover the UK market as a generalist salesperson. In January 2000 she moved to executive search and began consulting with i-Search in August 2003.
